Japan's Tuna Crisis

On June 25, the New York Times reported that a shortage of tuna is leading Japanese chefs to start considering deer or horse meat as substitutes in sushi and sashimi. The editorial highlights the importance of tough measures to prevent further collapse of the much-prized Atlantic bluefin tuna.
